Windows 7 Start Orb - Administrator

Hey guys,
I've download windows 7 orb change v4 made by keshian something like this, but when I try to change from my administrator account it works well, but in my non-admin user, I right click on it, run as administrator and change the orb, but when it changes it shows my administrator desktop? And when I log off and log in my non-admin user, the orb is still the same, the old one, but when I go to my admin account it is changed.
Any advices/help?
or any other orb changer?

I've never had any problems with it. Deviantart pages take forever to load for me, so don't give up. Or you might try somewhere else for the download.
