Windows 7 Strange internet issue

I noticed recently that I have lost the ability to click on certain buttons while on the internet. They're usually "button" type links. Not every button. But it's become troublesome. And I tried searching online how I could fix this, and the search didn't bring up any helpful info for me. The problem is also not unique to certain browsers, as I've checked both chrome and firefox, and get have the same problem. I would really appreciate some help here.

uhhhhhh put in the link where this :button: is located. ill test it and see if it is a bug on your pc.
