Hello All,
I use Win Live Mail to view several email accounts and it works great. My query is when I open Live Mail on another system all of my email are there and I have to go an remove all the junk I already did. Is there a way to sync it so that when I read, delete, sort.... the emails using the Win Live on one computer it shows on any system I use to login to Win Live. I thought that was kind of the point of the Windows Live program. Anyway, please help.
Thanks

To synchronize your Windows Live Mail across multiple systems and ensure that actions like reading, deleting, and organizing emails are reflected in real-time on all devices, you can consider using IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) for your email accounts rather than POP (Post Office Protocol). Here's how you can set up your email accounts in Windows Live Mail using IMAP to achieve synchronization: 1. Check IMAP Support: Ensure that your email provider supports IMAP. Add Email Account with IMAP: - Open Windows Live Mail on the computer where you want to set up synchronization. - Go to "Accounts" or "Tools" and select "Email Accounts" or a similar option. - Choose to add a new email account. - Enter your email address, password, and display name. - Select the "IMAP" option for the account type. - Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server settings provided by your email provider. - Make sure to enable SSL for secure connections. 4. Sync Settings Across Devices: - After setting up your email accounts with IMAP, any changes you make (read, delete, move emails) in Windows Live Mail on one computer will be reflected on all devices that are accessing the same email account. By using IMAP, you will have a synchronized view of your emails across devices. Any changes you make on one device will be updated on all other devices accessing the same email account. This way, you won't have to re-do your actions on each system. If you encounter any issues during the setup or need further assistance, feel free to ask for help!
