Windows 7 syncronization

I've been using True Image for synchronizing files between my video archives, and it does a good job, with one small problem that I would like to avoid. It synchronizes both ways. To illustrate what I mean, I think of the primary archives as the master, and the other as the slave. Since the master is the most current, I only want the differences it finds there placed on the slave, with none of the differences it finds on the slave being transferred back to the master. I'm not certain, but I imagine this could be done by cloning the master to the slave, but the amount of time that would take would be too excessive for regular use. Is there a program that will synchronize in the fashion I want?

I found a couple of free synchronization programs (All Way and Sync Toy) that are supposed to be able to do it in my way, but I won't know if they are any good, until I try them. In the mean time, I would still really like any input available.
