Windows 7 SysPrep

Can someone explain SysPrep to me? Im trying to use it to remove drivers from a Macs BOOTCAMP, I have two problems:

a) whenever I use SysPrep it screws up my dock settings/ colour & theme settings

b) I don't want to make a new user account after the system reboots, why is this even an option & why can't I/ How can I get past this without making a new user account?
