Hi
the last phew days i have been suffering major performace issues with my system and every time i check to see what is eating up my procesor using task manager the process System interupts is cuasing massive spikes and each time it spikes my computer freezes and my audio becomes glitched i have updated all drivers i am capable fo updating and have automatic updates on for windows the only item not updated is the BIOS can someone pleese tell me how to fix this.
System specification
Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
ATI 1 GB Radeon HD 5850
AMD Phenom ll x6 1090T Black edition ( overclocked to 3.7 Ghz)
Asus M4a89GTD Pro usb3 Motherboard
Asus PCE-N13 internal 802.11N WiFi adapter
G.skill 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz (2x4GB)
