Windows 7 system restore not working

Hi, System restore is not working for me. I get the following message.
I have made sure shadow copies is started in services but no good.
What now thanks.

Did you try running it in Safe Mode? A lot of things may conflict like AV and backup software. Older versions of Acronis TI caused this for some people.
