Windows 7 terminator robot-calendar clock ?

it gives instructions how to install but i cannot seem to do it with windows 7
can anyone help me install please?

Its essentially the same process. Download the file and extract it if necessary. Then right click the desktop and go to Personalize. Then double click on "Desktop Background" and then go to browse and select the htm/html file that you just downloaded. Should work, though I haven't tested it yet.
