The Man Who Died From Breathing His Own Gas !

I read a story some years ago on the Internet about a man who died from eating only cabbage .
He lived in a small airtight room and was a big man . The methane he produced hung over the bed and it killed him while he slept . A policeman was called and he along with his partner forced the door open when they got no answer . One of the policemen was killed as he stumbled into the room having forced the door !
All the oxygen left his lungs to be replaced by the deadly gas .
