Windows 7 There's Any difference between RTM and Final version??

I have the RTM 7600 version, but in another sites, it says there's a final version releasing october 22, So, I just ask if there's any difference between those 2 versions, just to know if buy the final version or stay with it, Thanks for any feedback!

No difference (so we are told). The version being released shortly is the RTM but now available to the public not just those with a msdn account.
