Windows 7 Touchscreen Monitor

I got a new touchscreen monitor. And I have basically NO idea how to make it work. I have two monitors plugged in, and the touchscreen is set to the secondary. When ever I touch it, it acts as if I was clicking the primary, is there a way to fix this? Also, the monitor seems to inverse where I click, If I touch the bottom, it thinks I touched the top, Visa verse.

Where in the Windows 7 settings can I fix all of this? And do I have to use it as a primary? Or can I keep it on the secondary?

Using Windows 7 Ultimate 7057.
