Traces of a suspected Class A drug were found at the grace-and-favour home of Liz Truss when she was foreign secretary, according to The Guardian.
The newspaper reported that staff found a “white powder” after summer parties at Chevening House which were attended by her political allies.

A spokesman for Ms Truss said the claims were “categorically untrue”.

There is no suggestion the former prime minister either used the drug or would have been aware if others present at the country manor had. Living high on the hog.
