Windows XP Troubleshooting Internet Redirect Issues: Browser Navigation Fails Constantly

When i try to browse the internet, I type the address in the address box and it tries to load the come up with redirecting, please click here to not redirected for about half a second, then navigation cancels!
Please help me with this! It is driving me crazy! :frown:
