Windows 7 Trying to change specific file type application.

Hi all,

I have installed a terminal software on windows 7.
Now I want to add a flag to the command that run the program.

In windows XP I did it for a file type that called: URL:Telnet protocol.
I have addedd a -T to the command. (It's not a shortcut)

I can't see this one in the list on windows 7.

What can I do??
