tuner card not recognized in win7 64bit

    avermedia hdduet not being recognized by windows. I have looked in the device manager and did not seem to see it. What would it be called in there and under what section? I saw nothing listed as pci-e or that said aver media. device plugged in and installed the driver successfully per the quick install guide but won't recognize in media center to setup the tv connections etc...
    Getting no tuner card installed msg.

    Yes, installed the hardware correctly and it supports windows 7 per manufactures web page. aVer media hdtvduet tuner card.

    What section in device manager is a tv tuner card supposed to be listed?
    under processors, network adapters, ports etc....

    Also, there is a "unknown device" listed in device manager-how do I tell what that "device" is? It shows up with a question mark. General tab list unkown device "on pci standard isa bridge" don't know if this is part of the tuner card issue or a secondary problem.
