Hi, I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit and i want install my INTEX analog TV tuner PCI card wich win7 recognized like FlyTV P30+

WMC after KB for low bit rate work,s but sound is out of sync and too low. I tried to install the software that I got with her and who worked on XP, but get an error: 80040212 Cannot run preview graph.

My question is whether there is any software win7 where I can watch TV while it's not Windows Media Center.
