Windows 7 Two Graphics Cards, How to use One Over the Other?

I recently bought a Samsung QX laptop from Best Buy. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, SP 1. It came with two graphics cards already installed; an Intel HD and a GeForce 310M. I'm pretty sure that the Intel HD is superior to the GeForce, however, the laptop uses the GeForce. So, I was wondering how to use the Intel. I've heard that I can boot my computer to disable the GeForce/use the Intel or something like that, but I don't know how. Not really my expertise. Help?
