Windows 7 unexpected bsod

Yesterday sitting here reading an news story, and I get the BSOD and a crash dump file. I am uploading it here for those that wish to review it, I cannot figure out what caused it, and can only run in safe mode (with networking) not regular mode, or it goes right back to bsod c0000021a. Tried restore to no avail, repair ran 3 times and then gave up, and said it couldn't. Really way over my head already, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
the above bugcheck can be caused by third party software sometimes security software. I see your running Norton which to be honest is well known for causing issues. Try removing with this tool to see if the bsod stops:

Run MSE in it's place as it's very stable:
