Windows 7 Unexpected BSOK results in crash dump Frequently

Hi everyone. I need some help. I get the blue screen of death...about 5 times a day on my computer. I work all day so im on the computer for 8-10 hours daily. I am uploading it here. Can someone review it..and let me know whats up. Im pretty computer knowledgable but I cant figure this out. Link Removed

You seem to have issues with fltmgr.sys, Ntfs.sys, ntkrnlpa.exe. The reasons may be numerous but usually these problems start at some point, by changes in hardware or drivers, or something.

Have you changed anything lately = can you picture when problems started? You might be able to fix it all through a Restoration Point, or by unplugging new hardware. That could mean you loose some latest installations, be they software or hardware [drivers], at least temporarily until the problem gets fixed properly.
