Hi and welcome.

Yes, we need to analyze the crash dumps. Please navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the files in there to any other folder. Then zip the files. Attach the zip to a post using the paperclip above where you type, in advanced mode reply.

Hopefully, we will show you what to do so this will stop from happening and to keep your computer is a great running state.

Hello,

Thans for a quick reply. I am attaching the dumps. Please analyze and let me know the next step.

Thank You,
Manoj

. what are the drivers i need to update?

Please tell me in detail.

Thx

The problem is with McAfee. Uninstall it in safe mode with the tool from here:

AV Uninstallers - Windows 7 Forums

Then boot to normal mode and install MSE.

Code:
Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

The problem with McAfee is that it crashes your pc and has caused you to come here and ask for help because of it.

copy and paste this
mfehidk.sys
into the google search box and hit enter, you will see many references to this issue, some old some newer, but there is definitely a history of this particular driver and Windows 7.
Maybe follow TorrentG's suggestion and uninstall it and see if that moves the diagnostic process along and or resolves your issue. If not you can certainly reinstall it later, and all it's cost is a few minutes of your time.
Hope this helps, and I too welcome you to the forums
