************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Could you please help me ?

Regards,

Konstantin Tzovanis

Unhandled exceptions are caught by the Visual Studio JIT debugger instead of Dr. Watson or a third-party debugger after you install certain versions of SQL Server 2005:

Do you use a debugger? This is a tool that only programmers usually use. If you don't:
Open the registry (use regedit, Click Start, Run, Regedit).
Go to this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script\Settings\JITDebug
And set it to 0.

Other solutions without the registry:
Getting RID of Just-In-Time debugger
