I have a question. The update that I am having problems with is for Office 2010 32 bit. Now my Office install disk doesn't indicate 32 or 64 bit. My system is Windows 7 64 bit. Could that be why it won't install? I noticed that on the internet there is a download for KB2687623 64 bit.

Your Office should tell you if it is 32 or 64 bit. Most of the time, I think it will be 32 bit, but you should have an indication from Office itself, or the other Office updates.
