Windows 7 updating

I have Office 2007 Standard and a 64bit system and keep get asked install update thatis called "The 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pak 3 (SP3) it's about 281MB and has programs which I don't have and know nothing about.

Should I install it.

The parts of the update that do not apply to your system will obviously not be installed. So yes, install it.
