Windows 7 Upgrade Problem

Just when we thought it was safe to go back into the water another problem looms. Windows 7 Upgrade will not work or upgrade. so, what can we do?

Have you changed the boot order in the BIOS and rebooted with disc media in cd/dvd drive and boot from disc?
