I have Windows 7 upgrade, Vista upgrade, XP upgrade, and Windows 2000 full so do I need to load all these OS's to upgrade to Windows 8? That would mean I have to load 5 OS's?

No, you do not need to load all those operating systems to upgrade to Windows 8. The upgrade process typically does not require you to load each previous operating system individually.
