Windows 7 Urgant! Please help

Hello, Once week ago i purchased a dell mini 10 netbook with windows 7 starter, Just a minute ago i turned my computer on and i recieved the following when trying to login to my only account "The user profile service failed to logon, User profile cannot be loaded" As it is a net book i cant reboot the operating system as there is NO DISK DRIVE.

Im unable to do anything, When turning on my pc it loads, Then my profile screen pops up prompting me for a password, I insert a password which is correct, Then i receive that error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try F8 during boot, then select "Last known good configuration".
