I remember back when we were using XP, 2000, ME, 98 and even 95 versions of windows, we had the option to change the login screen so that you HAD to type in both username and password. I know public PC's are often setup this way too, but I can't figure out how to do this on my windows 7 PC, and would very much like to use this option. Despite not having time or the motivation to describe WHY I would like to make use of this option, I can disclose that it's rather important to me.
Does anyone know anything about this?
