Windows 7 VB.NET and SetIconOverlay?

    how would i draw a semi-transparent rectangle with code for use with Microsoft.WindowsAPICodePack.Taskbar.TaskbarManager.Instance.SetOverlayIcon?

    Welcome to the forums, Ruben. I am not a programmer and have no idea what you are talking about. However, there is one user I know of who may be able to help you and that is Joe Stackhouse, or Josephur.     I'm not that familiar with the Windows API Code Pack, but I'm downloading it now, it seems very useful. Why half of this stuff isnt in .NET Framework 4.0 is beyond me...
