Hello
I returned home earlier to find my computer in a very laggy state, and I wasn't able to play any of my games. An action center scan revealed a 'video hardware error'. The files that describe the problem are two xml files and a dmp, they are attached.
I am only a teen, and at the moment understand very little about computer hardware, especially when it goes wrong. Any help would be welcomed. The laptop is under warranty, but I don't really want to get it replaced...
Thanks for help in advance
Relevant Computer specs:
Processor:
Intel i5 520M Dual Core Processor, 2 x 2.5Ghz core - max boost to 2.66Ghz, 4 threads, 3Mb Cache
Ram:
6Gb DDR3 1333Mhz Ram installed (1 x 4Gb / 1 x 2Gb chip)
Hard drive:
320Gb 7200rpm SATA hard disk
Graphics card:
nVidia GeForce 310M 512Mb dedicated graphics
