Hi. I'm new, here.

I have a question, though, about video playback, on Windows 7.

From time to time, (Which is really frequent), during video playback, annoying little green rectangles keep popping up, for around a split second. It's an annoying blink, and, I have a question, about that.

Is it a virus? If so, how do I remove it? If it's not a virus, how do I fix this problem? Please, respond, as soon as possible - it's really driving me up the wall, that I can't watch videos, without those damn rectangles.

Thanks.

Solution
Perhaps Mike's link references this, but it is probably just a decompression problem. I see them on Satellite quite often, and especially when the weather is bad the the data feed is compromised.

Maybe you can find some help here.
