Windows 7 Viewing size

What happened to the viewing sizer (you're able to change screen size anywhere from 40% upto 3 or 400%) in the lower right hand corner. It's not there any more.

I just got it whs. It's located in the status bar. If you go up and right click on the menu bar you will be able to enable or disable many " toolbars "

Right, but that is a lot less practical than the key combinations.
