Windows 7 vmware workstation cant connect internet

i have windows 7 build 7077
and i have latest vmware version 6.5.2

but i couldnt make it connect internet

i installed win xp and it cant connect internet through nat

i need to make it really important pls help

Same problem here. NAT is not working.

You can bridge the connection and it works fine.
OS independent. I have an ubuntu VM and it has the same problem.

Vmware KNOWS NAT is broken in W7 - both vmware server and workstation (and of course vmplayer).

They WILL fix it later

yes i'm using win 7 7200 but nat does not work with win XP pro as guest, well i'm newbie in VM my question is if my host is win XP pro and my guest a win 7 can win 7 connect to the net? thnx
