Windows 10 W10 fonts changed without prompt, everything is off

Segoe UI, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]On 19th January my Windows has changed font partially, and then fully.

I am confused why this happened or how, can this be reverted? It looks horrible.

Have you also checked for malware just to be on the safe side?

I tried that it didn't work, then I did a drastic measure of restoring back a full week and it worked!
Should be okay for now.
