I am very happy with the way Windows 7 wakes on lan from realvnc but i have had to go back to XP Pro on that machine due to its inability to show my SMB shares to my media player, ho hum.
But now that I am back using XP on that machine with a clean install on reformatted hard drive the Wake on lan feature doesnt work through Realvnc anymore.
I have ticked the box for the network Adapter to allow the computer to wake from sleep, but to no avail. If anyone out there has any ideas I would love to try them as long as it doesnt involve sharp objects placed in various spots.....
If the SMB shares issue is ever fixed I will happily put the 32bit back on. Thanks
