Windows 10 Weather App in 10061

Maybe I am mistaken, but I don't remember having to allow the App to use my location or be signed into a Microsoft account for the Weather App to remember the location you enter.

I can't seem to get it to remember my City now, could that be subtle coercion to get everyone to run on the Microsoft Sign-in or have I just not found the correct setting?

It looks like Build 10074 has taken care of this, it seems to be using my location for the weather. The rotating tiles are a nice touch although not a big deal.
