Windows 7 Weird Lines occurring in random windows.

This has been happening in the title bars and main portion of windows I open (whether it be Firefox, MS Office, Windows Live messenger, VLC media player). I recently upgraded from Vista and right after I had done so, I upgraded my display drivers to the latest one (According to Intel) which are supposedly compatible with Windows 7.

For computer spec purposes:
Dell Studio 1537
4GB DDR2 RAM
250GB HDD
Intel GM45 Graphics chipset

Hello,\\Did you perform a "clean" install or an upgrade?

Most all of us agree that an upgrade is not the route to take. It leaves useless files on your system and can cause conflicts.which you are now experiencing now

Save all you Documents, Pictures, contacts, videos, music, etc to a flash drive,

Be aware, you will need to re-install your 3rd party applications.

There i poll going on now and "clean" install is winning by a mile,.

Damn. That must be it for sure then. I did an upgrade straight from Vista.

Alright, is there anyway to re-do the installation of 7 to go back to Vista in order to do a clean install?

Also, if there is a better way to do that, please let me know.
