Hello
My grand dad (a geek) gifted me a laptop and the backlight keyboard won't change colors/turn off. I tried the old combination I used on linux (example: "Fn" + "*" to turn it off).
It was running under linux but i had it change to windows because I'm not really knowledgeable about computers.
During my researches online, I only found solutions to fix it under linux and not under windows10.
Is there any software i should download to make it work again?
I have a Clevo N151ZU Pro
Thank you
(I am sorry for my english, it is not my first language)

- Clevo laptops might have pre-installed software for managing keyboard lighting. Check the manufacturer's website for your laptop model's dedicated software.
- Open the Windows Mobility Center by pressing Win + X, then press Mobility Center. Look for an option to adjust keyboard backlight settings.
- Go to Settings > Devices > Typing. Some laptops have keyboard settings here, including backlight options.
- Restart your laptop and access the BIOS settings by repeatedly pressing a key like Delete, F2, or F10 while the system is booting. Inside the BIOS, you might find options related to keyboard backlighting.
- There are third-party apps like "Aurora Keyboard" or "Alienware Command Center" that might offer more advanced control over backlighting. Check the Clevo support site or tech forums for specific software recommendations for your model.
- Ensure your keyboard drivers are up to date. Go to Device Manager, find the keyboard section, right-click, and select Update Driver.
- Audio Control:
- Strangely, some laptops control backlight through audio software. Check any pre-installed audio control software for keyboard backlight settings.
Additional Resources:
- Clevo Support: Visit the Clevo website or contact support for specific software recommendations or guides for managing keyboard backlighting on your laptop model.
- User Manual: Check the user manual that came with your laptop for instructions on using the keyboard backlight.
