Where is the forum help thread?

I want to turn off all the notifications for my subscribed threads. I don't need to clog up my email or your email system with them. There used to be a NONE option when I subscribibed to a thread but it's no longer there. I tried the "Through my control panel only" option but I still get notifications. Has it been moved somewhere else?

Eureka. I figured out how to stop the nitifications, although it's a bit convoluted.

After I create the thread, or reply to it, at which time I subscribe and set the "Through the control panel only", it doesn't seem to remember that.

I went in to edit the post, clicked on Go Advance and saw that the Subscribe to thread wasn't checked. I put the checkmark in that box and selected "Throught the control panel only", and now I don't get notifications.
