My WINDOWS 7 FREQUENTLY HANGS UP AND WHITES OUT. i HAVE RUN A REGISTRY CLEANER AND CLEANED UP WITH CC CLEANER.aNY ADVICE WOULD BE GRATFULLY RECEIVED
 


Solution
In Event Viewer, expand the Error heading. Then double click the error you are showing. There may be more than one, but see what they reference.

Copy and paste the error description on the General tab, along with the Event ID, or just use snipping tool to take a picture of the bottom part of the Event Viewer with the error displayed and attach using the paperclip.

But the White out normally means something has stopped responding.
Have you been able to identify and particular circumstance in which this happens? You may find some helpful information in event viwer - see here for a guide:

f you note the time the problem occurs you can then quickly identify and logged event for that time and begin to identify its nature and cause. Once you have doe this you could return here with the details if you needed further help in interpreting them.
