    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: 0000000000000040, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000001, bitfield :
    	bit 0 : value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4: fffff800031120a2, address which referenced memory

The memory is defective or set unwell in the bios. That's what it means when ci.dll is involved.

Please post a CPU-Z screen shot of spd and memory tabs.

As Cybercore has shown, AWC should be removed too.

Run Memtest86+ overnight 8-10 passes. If errors are shown, replace the RAM.

But yep, make sure you do as Cybercore has posted, too.

Before changing the ram, could you test with the ddr voltage at 2.0V. I have the same ram in a server and it'd never run a default volts. Has been running for a couple of years now with the volts turned up.

I agree test as is, but if they pass but the bsods continue try the vdimm at 2.0.

You're welcome to post new crashes of course, but I would begin testing the modules one at a time with others removed. Many times, it if difficult to find the errors with Memtest86+ and this helps.

There is a defect with the RAM in there somewhere.

I have never once advised to get new RAM to someone and they have reported back that it wasn't the correct fix. And we're talking a huge amount of machine owner's I've advised.

The best way I can say in this instance, given the above facts, is that replacing the memory is going to fix the machine, but I stop short of giving you a full guarantee.

Basically, I'm kind of removing myself of any responsibility and of course the choice is yours, but I fail to see how replacing the RAM is not the needed fix.

You can also test at nmsuk's suggestion of running at 2.0v by the setting the VDIMM RAM voltage to that in the bios. Nothing wrong can happen, besides the persistent crashes. So that will not end up damaging anything if tried.
