Windows Vista Will an WinXP --> Vista Upgrade version be available?

Do we know if there will be an upgrade version available for XP users? They had this option when XP came out, then for Win98 users...

I'm fairly sure there will be an upgrade option for Vista.

Also, Microsoft has released a Vista Upgrade Advisor, which is in beta right now.
