Hello,

Follow this article System Recovery Options - Windows 7 Forums and boot to System Recovery Options and select "Command Prompt"

1, Enter the appropriate number for the WINDOWS installation, for example, the WINDOWS installation could be listed as 3: C:\WINDOWS or 3: D:\WINDOWS .

2, If prompted, enter your Administrator password and press Enter . If there is no password, just press Enter .

3, At the prompt, if the WINDOWS installation you selected in Step 4 was C:\WINDOWS, type:
cd c:\
Or, if the WINDOWS installation you selected in Step 4 was D:\WINDOWS, type:
cd d:\

4, At the prompt, type:
attrib -c AZNMQ and then press Enter .

5, At the prompt, type: exit then reboot the System in Normal Startup and see whether it boots back up.

Hope this helps,
Captain

Ok NTLRD is not related to Windows 7. Boot your Computer with Windows 7 disk then run the "Start up Repair" at-least 5 times. Then there you can find Command Prompt Click on it then type in C: and hit enter then Chkdsk /r after its done reboot in Normal Startup and see whether it works

Hope this helps,
Captain
