Hi, Wasn't sure where to put this thread.

Why are we not allowed to put the words : Dri-ver and er-ror in our posts, they are visible when editing, but are not once posted.

Is There a Legal Reason For this?

It's annoying when trying to diagnose a problem and the word you need, will not appear.

Hopefully someone can fill me in on this topic.

    Thanks,
    Andrew B.

I don't know about driver and error but in the past there were some scattered problems with registry. It could be a lot of things like browser etc.

See Davehc, they didn't show up. I was hoping an Admin of the Forums would tell me why.

This is a known issue with the forum, it's caused by adblocking software on the clients end. We have common words such as the ones you mentioned above parsed into links as small text ads to help fund the site. If you use adblock software, please disable it on this site - or at least the option to "block text ads". Thanks for your feedback and I've moved your thread to our feedback area.
