Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

bcmwl63a.sys (Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter wireless driver, Broadcom Corporation)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

What can I do to fix this problem before I have it wiped out and Win7 installed?

My BSOD crashes also happen with Firefox and my WhoCrashed report has virtually the same errors (except for the Broadcom driver). I searched the internet for the ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x7A040) and win32k.sys (win32k!EngAcquireSemaphore+0xD16) errors found a possible fix on the Microsoft community. Many individuals are having this issue and it may help you if you have an AMD/ATI graphics driver. I updated my graphics driver and am using it now and awaiting another BSOD. I have one, I am going to uninstall the 2778344 update and hide it in the future until there is a resolution. These BSOD's have been happening daily since the recent updates - specifically when I open Firefox. The issue renders the computer useless when you can't get through a day without 10 BSOD's. Not a lot of work got done over the past week + from this stinkin computer!

Windows 8 System Service Exception error - Microsoft Community

I do not suggest removing/omitting Windows Updates. There's no telling what reliability/performance/security issues that you may encounter. I suggest that, if you're having issues with the AMD/ATI drivers, you should either get a more updated version - or roll back to a previous version that doesn't have these issues. IMO the Windows Updates are more thoroughly tested than most other updates and are, therefore, more reliable. That being said, I do understand that this impacts the functioning of your system and you may have to do whatever it takes to make the system work for you.

This device is disabled. Is this deliberate? If so, why?
Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_397F17AA&REV_05\4&3A4E893B&0&00A8 This device is disabled.
Please ensure that you: Re-enable the device and update it's drivers. You can re-disable it after this if you'd like.

Please uninstall the Western Digital software. It's drivers date from 2008 and are known to cause BSOD's on some Windows systems.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
