Windows 7 WINAMP PLUG-INS???

Hello,Does anyone know something about WINAMP DSP & OUTPUT plugins:witch plugins works best and does it create better audio if used together,i should mention that my laptop is connected v. HDMI to home cinema speakers 5,1.
