  • DWM.exe Responsiveness: Fixed a potential issue that may have caused DWM.exe to stop responding.
  • Country and Operator Settings Asset (COSA) Profiles: Updated COSA profiles for selected mobile operators.
  • Unified Write Filter (UWF) Improvement: Resolved an issue with UWF where WMI API calls to shut down or restart a system resulted in an access denied exception.
  • Animation Stability: Fixed an issue suspected to cause stutters in animations, particularly affecting Task View for some Insiders.
