Windows 7 Windows 7 BSOD (after started using Skype)

Hi All,

This is my first post and I was unable to get the screenshots but I did managed to mini dump files for the affected machine.

One of our user has been getting BSOD recently and it starts exactly after using Skype. To my surprise, they have been using Skype for many months without any issues. So I am not 100% sure whether it is related ti Skype or something else.

Here are few specs for laptop which may help you assisting the issue and error messages as below:

OS: Windows 7 Pro (64 BIT)
Laptop Type: Dell Latitude E6220

Hello and welcome to the forum.
All five dump files consistently indicating an issue with
vfilter.sys 7/8/2010 VPN adapter filter driver from ShrewSoft Shrew Soft Inc : Support
Update, upgrade, uninstall or rename
