I just have this agonizing problem.

New hard Drive, New everything. The day before last everything was working fine. Any way, I had to re-format re-load however, when I tried to load Windows 7, it never makes it past the Microsoft logo on the black screen background and then the system boots back up to start.

I have spoken with Microsoft support and they are telling me the only thing wrong is that the system is not recognizing the sata hard drive, some configuration problem?

The day before the system recognized the sata hard drive no problem, today it doesn't? What gives.

You say you had to re-format and re-load--why?

Did you change anything prior to the problem? Did you try a system restore?
