Windows 7 Windows 7 Installation Error

After getting hit with some nasty spyware I had to re-install Windows 7 from scratch. During the install I'm now randomly getting this error during the install. The weird part is that it happens randomly at different times during the install. I don't think it's the CD since its the same one I used when I first installed it.

Did you clean the hard drive prior to reloading Windows 7?

What type of things were happening when you had the virus?

Are you connected to the new when you install, do you have any external devices or flash drives plugged in?

Have you changed any devices since the first time you installed?
