I just installed Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit a couple of days ago. Everything works fine except for my refresh rate on my monitor.

My monitor does cannot go past 85hz anymore (it used to be able to get to 150hz on 640x480). I've installed the latest Windows 7 drivers for both my 19" Viewsonic CRT monitor and Nvidia 9600gt video card.

I'm trying to run the game Counter Strike on 100hz at 640x480, which I previously used through Vista and XP.

Reforce doesn't work and I've tried adding a custom screen resolution through the Nvidia control panel with no luck.

Does anybody have any information about this?
